Since joining NSO as the Digital Content Coordinator in March 2024, I have led strategy and execution for Facebook and Instagram, driving consistent audience growth, increased engagement, and expanded reach through intentional content planning and campaign-based storytelling.

  • Facebook followers increased by 22%, growing from 3,400 to over 4,140 followers

  • Instagram followers grew by 15%, from 660 to 765+ followers

  • Facebook content interactions increased more than 4x, rising from 300 per month to regular peaks of 500–800+ interactions

  • Facebook page views increased over 6×, climbing from roughly 10,000 to 63,000+ in high-performing months

  • Page reach and visibility significantly expanded, with Facebook monthly reach growing from under 3,000 to 24,000+ during peak campaign periods

  • Instagram engagement strengthened, with content interactions increasing by 200%+ and profile visits more than 3× during campaign months

  • Increased profile visits and link clicks, supporting program awareness, donations, and volunteer interest

I have planned and executed multiple high-impact campaigns that highlighted visual storytelling, including World Breastfeeding Month for the WIC Clinic, Double Your Impact for our giving season, ongoing volunteer spotlights, the launch of NSO’s new housing program Stay Housed, and the holiday campaign #StayHousedForTheHolidays. These efforts strengthened brand visibility, spotlighted community impact, and aligned social content with organizational goals.
